WithRita services are supplied by Rita Kalnina, a UK sole trader trading as WithRita. Her details and email appear at the top of this page.

By creating an account or buying a service, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email us before buying.

Accounts and paid services are for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure and do not allow another person to use your account.

You can ask us to delete your account. This does not remove an obligation to pay for a service already supplied or require deletion of records that the law requires us to keep.

WithRita includes style, wardrobe, nutrition, conversation, celebrations and Tuscany services. Some features provide digital access; for personal services, Rita prepares an individual result.

The service page and purchase summary show the specific content, price, delivery time and access period. If they differ from these general terms, the purchase summary defines your order but cannot reduce your statutory rights.

WithRita nutrition content helps you understand everyday meal balance. It is not a consultation with a doctor or registered dietitian, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

If you have an allergy, medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating or follow a prescribed diet, speak to an appropriate healthcare professional before acting on suggestions. You remain responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety and suitability.

AI can make mistakes or misunderstand a photo or text. If a result is unclear, use the correction option or contact Rita.

Before payment, you will see the total price, currency, any applicable tax, and whether the purchase is one-off or recurring. Stripe processes payments securely.

Your purchase is confirmed when Stripe accepts payment and WithRita emails confirmation. If payment fails or is reversed, access may not begin or may be suspended.

The Nutrition Compass subscription is €9.99 per month in the EU price region or £9.99 per month in the UK price region and renews until cancelled. The first payment and future billing frequency will be shown before purchase.

You can cancel through your account or by email. Cancellation stops the next payment and access will usually continue until the end of the paid period. If you exercise a statutory right to cancel within the first 14 days, access ends and the first subscription payment is refunded in full.

When buying online as a consumer, you will normally have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, send a clear message to info@withrita.eu within that period. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

If you ask us to begin a service during those 14 days, we obtain separate confirmation before payment. If you cancel while work is in progress, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work properly completed. Your right ends after full performance only if you clearly acknowledged that before work began.

For digital content such as completed downloadable PDFs, before delivery we ask separately for consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right ends when supply begins.

These terms do not affect your remedies if a service was not supplied with reasonable care and skill, did not match its description, or digital content is faulty.

The four-week nutrition package costs €89 in the EU price region or £99 in the UK price region. This comprises €79.01 or £89.01 for preparing the personalised plan and €9.99 or £9.99 for 28 days of Nutrition Compass access. That access ends after 28 days and does not become a subscription unless you choose one separately.

If you cancel only the included Nutrition Compass access within the first 14 days, access ends and the relevant €9.99 or £9.99 payment is refunded. This does not cancel payment for a personalised plan that has been properly completed and supplied.

If you want Rita to start work during the 14-day cancellation period, you must confirm this before payment. If you cancel before the plan is complete, we may retain only a proportionate amount for work actually done. Once the full promised plan has been prepared and its PDFs supplied with your prior consent, later non-use does not itself create a right to a refund.

Full wardrobe creation and other individual work are completed in the stages shown in the relevant offer. If you cancel while work is underway, payment applies only to work actually done; once fully performed, the previously acknowledged ending of the cancellation right applies.

You must provide accurate and sufficient information and usable materials in good time. If they are delayed or change materially, the delivery time may change reasonably.

Four-week nutrition and wardrobe clients have a direct WhatsApp button in their dashboard. It opens Rita’s WhatsApp Business outside the WithRita website. Rita replies personally, so a response may not be immediate.

The button does not by itself promise continuous support or a fixed number of consultation hours unless the offer clearly says so. The WithRita website does not receive or store WhatsApp chat content.

You keep your rights in photos, text and files you submit and confirm that you may provide them. You permit WithRita to use them only to operate your account, supply the service, maintain security and meet legal duties. See the Privacy Policy for details.

WithRita design, text, references, methods and material prepared by Rita are for your personal use. Without written permission, you must not sell, publish, systematically copy, share, or use them to create another service or train an automated system.

You must not use the website unlawfully, bypass access controls, disrupt it, or upload harmful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.

We supply services with reasonable care and skill. The website may occasionally have a short technical interruption. If there is a problem, email info@withrita.eu with your order details and the outcome you want.

We may suspend an account for a security risk, fraud, a serious breach of these terms or unlawful use. Where possible, we will explain the reason first and give a reasonable chance to put matters right.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections under the law of your usual country of residence.

We may update the terms for legal, security or service reasons. We will give reasonable notice of a material change affecting an active paid service. The current date and version always appear above.
